The Gentle Reset is a nurturing somatic healing and nervous system reset workshop designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and restore a sense of calm in today's fast-paced world. This immersive experience combines evidence-informed wellbeing practices with holistic healing techniques to support emotional balance, stress relief and nervous system regulation.

Facilitated by Melody Carstairs, this intimate workshop creates a safe and supportive environment where participants can step away from daily pressures and experience deep relaxation, self-reflection and renewal. Through a carefully guided combination of somatic healing, breathwork, meditation and sound healing practices, you'll be supported to release tension, regulate your nervous system and reconnect with your body's natural capacity for healing.
